Salvia breeding program
Few years ago we teamed-up with famous Salvia-Guru specialist Eleftherios Dariotis and decided to start making crossings within species of the great Salvia genus. Part of our breeding program is done with the help of Agricultural University of Athens and part with other strategic partners.
Salvia is the largest genus of plants in the mint family Lamiaceae. With nearly 1000 species it offers us a wide range of possibilities and options! You can find Salvias everywhere in the world except Australia and Antarctica, next to the sea, up to the mountains in all possible different flower colors! We don’t take this business lightly, we see our breeding as a life-time commitment to improve and contribute to floriculture industry!
